How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on the job, the scope of work, and your location within Brisbane. We provide clear, upfront quotes before any work begins. There are no hidden fees and no charges added after the fact.
Do you bring your own tools and equipment?
Yes. We arrive fully equipped for every service we offer. You do not need to supply tools, cleaning products, or materials. For flat pack assembly, all you need to do is have the boxes ready.
Can you take care of multiple jobs in a single visit?
Yes, and this is often the most efficient approach. If you have a flat pack to build, some rubbish to take away, and a driveway to pressure wash, we can schedule it all in one visit. Let us know everything you need in your enquiry.
How quickly can you get to me?
It depends on our current schedule, but we make a genuine effort to accommodate urgent requests across Brisbane. If something needs doing quickly, let us know in your enquiry and we will advise our earliest availability.
Do you offer one-off jobs or do I need to commit to regular bookings?
We offer both. The majority of our work is one-off jobs and there is no requirement to book regularly. If you do want ongoing help, we are happy to arrange that as well.
What if I am not completely sure what I need?
Just describe the situation and we will help you work out the best approach. We have dealt with most scenarios before and can give you practical advice on what makes sense for your job.
Do I need to be home when you come?
For most jobs, yes. However, for some tasks such as pressure washing an outdoor area or collecting rubbish from a side gate, we may be able to work without you being present if access can be arranged. We will discuss this with you when confirming your booking.
