My name is Ben, and I started Need A Hand to solve a simple, real-world problem. It can be hard to find someone reliable with a ute who can help move furniture, take rubbish to the tip, or properly assemble flat pack furniture—especially when you need it done quickly.

That’s why I created Need A Hand — a dependable, local service that people in Brisbane can call when they need practical help around the home or small business. What began with furniture assembly, dump runs, and general assistance has continued to grow. By working closely with customers and understanding what else people need, I’ve expanded into pressure washing and residential air-conditioning cleaning.
